When your cruise ship arrives at the port of Alexandria, at the exit door, your tour guide will pick you up to have a 3-hour drive to the city of Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo, you will visit the two most important sites. Namely: the pyramids of Giza, Sphinx, and the Egyptian museum. Millions of people all over the world surely dream of visiting the Great pyramid of Giza and Sphinx. We will bring your dream to reality. Your private Egyptologist guide will be happy to answer all your questions and explain all the history and the mystery of the pyramids. Listen to your guide talking about the Egyptian Pharaohs, gods, goddesses and mythology. Learn about the process of mummification. You will have full time to do some extra activities such as entry to the chambers, visiting the sun boat museum or riding a camel. You will be captivated by the most famous and largest art collection in the world. Some artifacts date back to 5 millennia and more are on display. The treasures found in king TutAnkhAmun are the top attractions among the exhibits. After having your breakfast in the hotel, you will Spend a wonderful day in the beautiful coastal city of Alexandria The day tour includes the main attractions of Alexandria Namely: The Catacombs, the library of Alexandria and the fort of Qaitbay. you will start with the Catacombs. This Roman Subterranean tomb goes back to the 1st century A.D. It shows the great influence of the Egyptian mythology and burial customs over the Romans. Descend 75 feet to see the impressive mixture of both Egyptian and Roman art. After going through the maze and complicated plan of the tomb go upstairs and take a breeze of the Mediterranean when visiting the Fort of Qaitbay. The fort was built on the island of Pharos where the Great Lighthouse of Alexandria used to stand. Atop of the fort, enjoy the view of the blue sea and the city of Alexandria. You have lunch in a local restaurant in the city. Finally, the modern library of Alexandria is a revival of the ancient one built by Ptolmey I. Explore the different exhibits and the recent technologies in that great center of culture and knowledge. At the end of the tour, you will be driven back to the port of Alexandria.

The prices quoted per person per tour are all inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the best price possible. DEPOSIT AND BALANCE OF PAYMENT Reservation should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt a deposit of 25 % of the full price. This payment will be 50 % during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare. The deposit counts as part of your final payment. The deposit can be made by bank wire transfer or sent via Western Union or paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard)  Payment should be received within 7 days of booking. TIPPING Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required. Please feel welcomed but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide. TOUR VOUCHER After your trip is confirmed, we will email you with the final confirmation as a voucher to print and bring it with you. Details will include contact numbers for your tour operator, customer care and additional information for your convenience.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be sent via email or fax.

Tipping
