Like some other temples, the temple of Hathor at Dendra was built during the Ptolemaic period. Hathor in the Egyptian mythology was the goddess of joy, love and motherhood. With your private guide, you will visit one of the most well preserved temple among Egyptian religious complexes. It is in very good condition with amazing astronomical scenes on the ceiling. There are 24 Hathoric columns bear the roof of the 1st hypostyle hall.
