Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change, and we are committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy that respects both our clients' needs and our service commitments.

• Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days prior to the travel date:
  25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the travel date:
  50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the travel date or in case of no-show:
  No refund will be issued.
• Flight, train, and ferry bookings:
  Are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective carriers and may be non-refundable.
• Refund processing:
  Any eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation, using the same payment method used at the time of booking
